Probably the best way to receive notifications of upcoming events, participate in community discussions, or just to get a feel for who we are and what we are all about, is to sign up for the mailing lists:

There is an Irish Burners email discussion list, which can include upcoming party announcements, where to buy gear, travel tips, how to build stuff, camps looking for people, etc. Anyone wishing to to subscribe should send an email to irishburners-subscribe)a-t(euroburners.org

There is also an Ireland Announce list, which is hosted by Burningman.com. This list is managed by the Irish Regional Contacts. This is a low traffic, moderated list on which you will find a variety of news and announcements of general or regional interest to Burners in Ireland.

Another useful list, especially for those planning on travelling to Burning Man this year, is the Jack Rabbit Speaks list. This is the official list of the Burning Man Project in the United States and is your primary source of all up-to-date information. There is no chat or discussion on this list.
