PLEASE BE ADVISED that the purchase of this ticket shall constitute the unconditional acceptance to be bound by any and all of the terms and conditions herein contained. The purchaser and/or holder (hereinafter referred to as “You” or “Your”) of the ticket (“Ticket”) unconditionally agrees that the Ticket is a revocable license (“License”) to attend the event (“Event”) for which it was issued and may be revoked at any time for any reason without compensation. A binding contract is deemed to be entered between the organiser and the purchaser when the “Buy Tickets” icon has been clicked on the website or purchased in any other manner. No responsibility is taken for the correctness of the contained information on the organisers’ website(s).

You understand that the Ticket cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed and You unconditionally accept the risk of loss and/or theft of this Ticket. You understand that the Ticket is non-transferable and the resale of the Ticket at a price greater than face value is absolutely prohibited. You understand that the Ticket is not redeemable for cash. You agree that if the ticket was obtained from an unauthorised source it may be lost, stolen or counterfeit and if so is worthless and void.

You understand that the Event is INTENDED FOR MATURE AUDIENCES ONLY and You must be 18+ to drink, with valid photo identification. You understand that the issuer of the ticket reserves the right to delay, postpone, and/or change the venue, artist(s), time, and/or date of the event for which the Ticket was issued at any time without prior notice or compensation to You.

YOU UNCONDITIONALLY UNDERSTAND THAT ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL, THERE WILL BE NO TICKET REFUNDS AND /OR TICKET EXCHANGES. You also understand that Your admission to the venue, as described on the front of Your Ticket (hereinafter referred to as the “Venue”) and Your use of the Ticket for the Event is further strictly contingent upon Your complete awareness and understanding that Your purchase of this Ticket and Your presence at the Venue will constitute Your unconditional and complete acceptance of all of the following:

1) You understand that Your use of the Ticket is contingent upon Your voluntary assumption of all risk and danger incidental to your presence at the Event, whether occurring prior, during, or after the Event, including but not limited to any acts or omissions of others (including the artists, attendees, the Venue or its staff, the promoter and any other person or party);

2) You agree to indemnify, save and hold harmless the Venue, Charleville Castle Heritage Trust, the City of Tullamore, Charleville Castle, the participants and the artists appearing at the Event, Burning Man, Blackrock City LLC and the Irish Burning Man community including but not limited to their respective management, their agents, their staff, their designees and volunteers (all of whom together are herein referred to as the “Parties”) from any and all injuries, demands, suits, and/or claims;

3) You understand that the Ticket is a revocable license, which is subject to revocation and/or denial of admission, without compensation for any reason, including but not limited to, Your attempted or actual violation of any of the promoters’ or Venue rules, policy or regulations and for any other action taken by You in violation of any law;

4.) YOU UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT THAT NO USE OF IMAGES, FILM, OR VIDEO OBTAINED AT THE EVENT MAY BE MADE WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN PERMISSION FROM THE PARTIES, OTHER THAN PERSONAL USE. You understand that you have no rights to make any non-personal use of any image, film, or video footage obtained at the event, and that You cannot sell, transfer, or give the footage or completed film or video to any other party, except for personal use, and You agree to inform anyone to whom You give any footage, film, or video that it can only be used for personal use.

You acknowledge that people are using film, video and photographic cameras at the event, and that Your image may be captured on film, video or photographs which may subsequently be displayed or disseminated without Your consent or payment of compensation to You, and You release the Parties from any liability due to such filming, photographing or dissemination.

5) You understand that the Venue has a zero tolerance policy for the use of illegal drugs and that illegal drug use will not be tolerated at the Venue;

6) You understand and agree that Your use of the Ticket is contingent upon Your unconditional and voluntary acceptance to be searched for the presence of drugs, weapons and/or other prohibited items prior to Your admission to the Venue and/or at any time thereafter which shall lead to the immediate revocation of this License and denial of admission to or immediate removal from the Event if any such items are found;

7) You understand that the Parties, including but not limited to their management, employees, and agents, will not be held responsible, financially or otherwise, for any items that are left, lost, stolen, destroyed, confiscated, damaged or misplaced anywhere in the Venue regardless of fault or reason, so act accordingly;

8) You understand that the issuer of this Ticket reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove any or all provisions herein contained in its sole discretion without prior notice to You;

9) You unconditionally agree that the terms and conditions herein contained represent the entire agreement between You and the Parties, with respect to its subject matter, and shall supersede and replace all prior contemporaneous understandings, communications, and agreements, written or oral regarding such subject matter including but not limited to the text contained on the back of the actual Ticket and/or any contrary understanding You may have;

10) You unconditionally agree to be bound by any and all of the terms and conditions herein contained.
